You can download or permanently delete all of your child's data at any time. Just email us at hello@glassumbrella.io and we'll take care of it immediately.

Not unless you specifically enable it. All social features (including in-game chat and multiplayer) are turned off by default. For children under 13, you must opt-in and provide additional consent before any social features become available.

After alpha, Grit will be a paid subscription service. We make money from parents who choose to subscribe, not from selling your data or showing advertisements to your children.

Yes. We use AES-256 encryption (the same standard used by banks and hospitals) to protect all data both in transit and at rest. This means your child's information is scrambled into unreadable code that only our secure systems can decrypt. Learn more about AES-256 encryption

We're currently in alpha development. Full AI moderation, advanced content filtering, and enhanced parent dashboard features are in active development and will be available as we move toward beta launch. We're building these features with safety as the top priority.
